After signing the booking form and receiving formal confirmation of admittance, the participant agrees to the following booking conditions with the organizing agent,

All Clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all Booking Conditions.
To confirm a booking, Ayutthaya Tours requires that the agent has taken full payment of all monies due.
A contract between the client and comes into existence when has confirmed the booking in writing and issued confirmation.
The person signing the booking form warrants that s/he has the authority to do so on behalf of all other persons whose names appear on the booking, and confirms that they are aware of and understand these terms and conditions.

The said contract (including all matters arising from it) is subject to Turkish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts. No employees or representatives of have any right to alter these terms and conditions, nor undertake any liability on behalf of unless it has been stipulated in writing and signed by the Director of reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.
Amendments and cancellations by clients

Clients can cancel their booking at any time, which will be effective from the time that receives a written request from the client and will incur the following cancellation charges:
Prior to 8 weeks of departure – 10% of the net product cost.
8-6 weeks before departure – 25% of the net product cost.
6-3 weeks before departure – 50% of the net product cost.
Within 3 weeks before departure – no refund is given.
N.B. No refund is given for a partially used tour product.

If any member of the tour party is prevented from traveling due to death, injury or serious illness (of themselves, a close relative or friend), or due to redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another individual, departure date or tour of equal standard and cost. Information and Pricing Policy

Reservation requests are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (40% of the total tour package rate), but please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from The balance of the total amount is due 30 days before the tour departure date, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Hotel, airline and daily tour bookings received within 60 days of departure require full payment.

Before a booking is confirmed, reserves the right to amend the price of the product due to any circumstances outside of their control. This may be related (but not limited) to changes regarding government action, alterations in transportation costs, taxes or service fees and increases in admission fees.

Product information is published by in good faith, and endeavors to operate all products as stipulated. reserves the right to alter their facilities and services without compensation, substituting them with alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value.

Payments can be made via bank transfers (subject to a 20 Euro processing fee) or Visa/MasterCard (subject to a 3% processing fee).
Cancellation by reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking under any circumstances. This relates to force majeure beyond the control of, such as war or the threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions or flight cancellations. Compensation is not available if is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure. But in instances where is unable to provide the tour booked, they will return to the client all monies paid (less any insurance premiums), or offer an alternative date/product.
Travel Insurance

Adequate travel insurance is compulsory for all clients to cover medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation of a product. The client and his/her personal belongings remain their sole responsibility and clients are fully responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
Liability of

Some contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the client, and by accepting these booking conditions, clients are aware of the inherent risks and undertake the activity willingly. accepts no liability for damages where their Duty of Care has been fulfilled or if there has been no fault on their part or their suppliers. Travel Documentation

It is the responsibility of the client to be in possession of a valid passport, visas, vaccinations and preventative medicines and is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the travel document requirements.
Health and Conduct

Prior to booking, all clients should ensure that they are fit and with the ability to participate in their tour itinerary. Any clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illnesses must disclose these at the time of booking and ensure they have any necessary medications, as well as a medical statement from their GP confirming they are fit to travel. Failure to disclose such information will constitute a breach of these booking conditions.
Client Exclusion and Local Law

By agreeing to the booking conditions, clients accept the authority and decisions of’s (and its supplier’s) employees and representatives while on tour. If the client has a complaint regarding an product, they must raise it immediately with an employee so that they can rectify the problem. Failure to complain at the time of the incident will reduce any liability for to pay compensation. If the problem cannot be solved on the spot, a complaint must be made in writing within 28 days of product completion.
